With the recent passing of Civil Justice Reform (CJR), the civil litigation landscape in Hong Kong has been fundamentally altered. The seventh edition of the Hong Kong White Book is expanded to five volumes, three supplements and four newsletters and continues to be the authoritative source for civil litigation information in Hong Kong.

Among the component parts of the 2009 service, two volumes and one supplement will be dedicated to Civil Justice Reform: The New Rules of the High Court volume consolidates the Amended CJR Rules into the Existing Rules.

The CJR volume, focusing exclusively on the New and Amended rules for easy reference contains full HKWB commentary on the New and Amended Rules.
