Ince & Co advised a major European chemical company in connection with a five year logistics outsourcing deal with one of the world’s premier logistics providers.
The parent company is a leading manufacturer of printing inks and pigments for the plastics, cosmetics and coating industries. It operates a transport network encompassing domestic distribution to end users as well as continent wide traffic from major to local plants.
This transaction involved some 50 sites in 18 European countries and Ince’s corporate team advised on the issues typical of an outsourcing arrangement including project management, transition timing, service levels, intellectual property and data protection.
