Ince & Co advises on renegotiation of sale of two suezmax newbuildings

As covered in Tradewinds on Friday November 27 2009, Ince & Co advised Ship Finance International in the renegotiation of a record-breaking sale of two newbuilding suezmax tankers to North China Holdings. Shipping partner Paul Herring in the Ince London office and finance consultant Martin Brown in the Ince Singapore office acted for Ship Finance International in the deal, which also involved advice on the charter of the vessels once delivered.
