Ince & Co Hamburg triples in size at tenth anniversary

Ince & Co Hamburg is celebrating its tenth anniversary this month. In the 10 years since it opened, the office has grown significantly with the overall number of lawyers increasing to more than 25. Focusing on the firm's core industry sectors of shipping, energy, trade and insurance the office remains set for growth.
Ince & Co Hamburg recently represented:
1. A major German liner company on a EUR 1.2bn turnaround, including loan agreements, finance lease, and an asset backed commercial paper securitization
2. Two leading South American liners on a restructuring and debt to equity swaps
3. Hamburg Owners and their banks in relation to newbuilding disputes and the cancellation of shipbuilding contracts
4. Banks and leading Far East Asian builders in numerous restructurings of newbuilding financings of 13,100 TEU container vessels
5. An international syndicate of Banks in a financial restructuring of a USD 550m fleet financing and in a subsequent USD 275m workout and enforcement
6. International contractors regarding various logistics services in connection with offshore windfarm projects.
