International law firm Ince & Co adopts LLP status
Wednesday 27 April, 2011
International law firm Ince & Co converts to a limited liability partnership on 1 May 2011. This is a further development for the firm, which recently announced the Ince Law Alliance with Singapore law practice Incisive Law LLC, as well as the promotion of nine new partners in five of the firm’s offices.
Senior partner James Wilson said: “As an international law firm we believe that our conversion to LLP status is the right step and in line with good commercial practice. It is, however, largely an operational change and will not affect our strong culture and values, nor the expertise for which Ince & Co is known. We are also taking the opportunity to refresh aspects of the firm’s visual appearance. Today Ince & Co is well positioned to provide our clients with the commercial legal advice they require through our strong international network.”
