Peter Measures

New transactional partner appointment for Ince & Co Dubai

Transactional partner Peter Measures, who joined Ince & Co in London in 2007, has relocated to the firm's Dubai office.

Peter has over 26 years of experience in acting for banks, financial institutions, owners and operators on the full range of ship and other asset and equipment finance transactions, including debt, equity and lease finance as well as Islamic finance. He also provides corporate and commercial advice to clients in a number of industries including shipping, energy and offshore and aviation. His appointment strengthens the firm's transactional offering to clients in the Gulf region.

Having worked earlier in his career with a leading international bank based in Bahrain, Peter brings significant experience of working in the region.

Ince & Co has been present in Dubai since 2006. Lawyers in the firm's office advise on a range of matters across the core business areas of aviation, business & finance, construction, energy & offshore, insurance & reinsurance, international trade and shipping. They also advise in all forms of local, regional and international arbitration, litigation and ADR. Peter's appointment increases the number of partners at Ince Dubai to five: Bob Deering, Graham Crane, Peter Measures, Rita Al Semaani Jansen and Brian Boahene.
