Yacht Group advises on sale of 35m expedition yacht

Ince & Co advised the seller in the sale of the 35m expedition yacht MY Issue (renamed Beluga). Built in 2006 by Moonen and designed by René van der Velden, the yacht is MCA compliant and carries Lloyd’s Register classification, including Ice-Class certification.
Ince & Co's involvement in the transaction included advice relating to the discharge of the existing mortgage and transfer of the yacht to a new Registry. This involved co-ordinating efforts with parties in Curacao, Monaco, Antibes, Antwerp, The Hague and London.
