Ince & Co is the only international shipping law firm to operate its own office in Germany practising in both English and German law.

Since we opened in 2001 the number of lawyers has grown rapidly. We offer the services of qualified German Rechtsanwälte as well as English lawyers to give advice to both domestic clients and those from around the world in domestic as well as international arbitrations, litigious and transactional matters.

Our lawyers not only have an excellent knowledge of general maritime law, but specialist expertise in areas including admiralty, arrest and enforcement, cargo loss and damage, charterparty disputes, yacht matters, sea, road, rail and air transport, shipbuilding and sale and purchase, ship and project finance, restructuring, M&A and corporate, investment (including KG funds), energy, insurance and reinsurance and ship management matters.
