Andrew specialises in the purchase and sale, construction, financing, chartering and registration of large yachts, and as such has extensive experience representing yacht owners, managers, shipyards, banks, brokers and designers in relation to all aspects of the yacht industry.
Andrew handles aviation matters, in particular private and business jet sales, purchases, finance and leasing, predominantly acting for owners and advising on contract negotiations, regulatory issues, corporate structuring and registration.
Andrew acts for a number of financial institutions on French property finance transactions for high net-worth individuals. He also advises private individuals on the sale and purchase of properties in France.
