Andrew has spent over 23 years working with law firms. He joined Ince & Co as Director of Finance and IT 16 years ago from another City law firm where he held a similar position.
His role at Ince as Director of Business Services includes overall responsibility for the firm's global Business Services and overall management working closely with the Senior Partner.
A Chartered Accountant, Andrew worked with one of the Big 4 accountancy firms in the Audit Department and spent time in the Middle East, before subsequently working in the Training and Professional Development Departments.
Born and brought up in Portugal, he is a confirmed Lusophile and enjoys playing golf as well as archery in his spare time.
