Bob’s broad practice has meant that he frequently becomes involved in more general commercial contract and tort disputes on behalf of commercial clients.
Bob advises on a wide range of marine, non-marine and energy classes of direct insurance and reinsurance business, including Hull, War, P&I, Charterers' Liability, Increased Value and Builders Risks, as well as claims involving Physical Damage, Liabilities, Contractors All Risks and Delay in Start-Up.
In both the marine and non-marine markets, Bob has acted for brokers, insurers and reinsurers in handling major claims. Bob has also dealt with a range of General Aviation matters.
