Daniel acts for shipowners, charterers, P&I Clubs and shipyards in all aspects of shipping law, including charterparty and bill of lading disputes, shipbuilding contracts and refund guarantees, and disputes under MOAs for the sale and purchase of vessels. In addition he advises on newbuilding contracts and disputes between yards and buyers, for commercial vessels and yachts.
Daniel acts for traders in relation to disputes under trading contracts, in particular advising oil traders in relation to sale contract and letter of credit disputes.
