David has been involved in shipping law since 1974. Prior to joining Ince & Co, he spent seven years in London and a further eight years in Hong Kong with other Admiralty law firms.
David has dealt with a wide range of high profile casualties, including collisions, groundings and salvage cases. He also deals with total loss, unsafe port claims and cargo claims. David is a member of Ince & Co's international emergency response team.
