David deals with all aspects of the firm's contentious shipping work, including charterparty/carriage of goods disputes and marine casualties.
He works for P&I clubs as well as directly for owner and charterer clients, and has a particular focus on the Japanese market. He also has experience of trade disputes, commonly involving trade body terms such as those of GAFTA.
