David’s practice focuses on insurance and professional indemnity law. He specialises in acting for professionals and their insurers.
Although much of his time has been devoted to defending solicitors and barristers, David has also defended other professionals, including accountants, brokers, architects, IFAs and professionals engaged in the maritime industry.
His practice extends to advising insurers on coverage and reinsurance issues, and also embraces reinsurance disputes in addition to his professional negligence practice.
