Having qualified as a solicitor in 2006, Devandran joined Ince & Co in September 2008 from the finance department of another City law firm. He has a ship and project finance practice and works within the firm’s business and finance group.
Devandran has acted on a variety of ship and project finance transactions and his clients have included banks, owners and equity funds. He also has particular experience in the offshore LNG sector, having acted for owners on a number of LNG projects.
