Dimitris acts for clients on due diligence for the establishment of foreign companies in Greece as well as incorporation and organisation of Greek companies, advising on finance, taxation, security and competition issues.
He has substantial experience in S&P transactions, M&A acquisitions, corporate acquisitions, investment transactions, all legal aspects of commercial contracts and matters related to the assigning of public contract by means of local tenders, including the preparation and submission of administrative and judicial objections and appeals.
Dimitris advises major local and international shipping companies, insurers and P&I Clubs on both dry and wet matters, including litigation and dispute resolution.
