Kate began her career working for HM Diplomatic Service and spent many years living abroad as well as travelling extensively around the world as part of the HMDS Inspectorate team in her last three years with the Service.
Kate joined Ince & Co in 1991 as PA to the then Managing Partner, Mike Cooper. She then moved into HR, became Office Manager in 1998 and was appointed as General Manager in 2003. Her interests include photography, cars and painting.
