Marie-Louise obtained a post-graduate degree in Business and Tax law (DESS) at the University of Clermont-Ferrand and was admitted to the Bar in 2003. She is bilingual in English and French.
She handles matters relating to corporate and commercial (advice on corporate structures, re-organisations & restructuring, asset purchase) banking law, employment law, general contract law and French property finance.
