Natalya joined Ince & Co in October 2011 from another leading international law firm.
Her work focuses on advising clients on all aspects of energy and offshore transactions. At Ince & Co, Natalya’s practice will mainly concentrate on off-shore oil and gas projects, including all aspects of the LNG industry. At her previous firm, Natalya advised lenders and sponsors on PPP/PFI projects in a variety of sectors.
