Much of Nick’s practice is in the shipping industry, including charterparty cases, casualty work, marine insurance, sale and purchase, shipbuilding and ship arrest and attachment.
He is noted in the Chambers & Partners guide for his “practice that spans the full range of shipping work”.
Nick advises clients in the oil & gas sector on contracts and claims relating to drilling units and specialist vessels, including charterparties and newbuildings. An experienced member of our LNG group, Nick is regularly instructed by owners involved in the carriage of LNG and has advised on a number of LNG time charters.
