Pavlo practises in all areas of shipping acting for owners, charterers and cargo interests in a wide range of charterparty and bill of lading disputes, ship arrests, admiralty and general commercial matters. In addition, Pavlo advises on a variety of non-contentious issues such as the drafting of charterparties, contracts of affreightment and vessel sale and purchase agreements.
Pavlo also represents clients in construction, energy and international trade in both local and international arbitrations and court proceedings.
