Raphaële studied for a double Master's degree in law and economics and obtained a post-graduate degree in Business Law from the Sorbonne University. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in January 2008.
She handles matters relating to corporate and commercial banking law – advice and corporate structures, reorganisations and restructuring and asset purchase.
Raphaële speaks fluent French, English and Spanish.
