Robin Baker joined Ince & Co's Admiralty practice as a Marine Manager in 2011 and is a member of the firm's international emergency response team. He is primarily involved in the investigation and handling of casualties worldwide.
Robin served at sea for 10 years reaching the rank of Master. He has experience of working on ro-pax, hi-speed craft, bulk cargo, tugs, aggregate dredging vessels and as a coxswain on RNLI lifeboats. Robin joined Ince from a ro-pax and hi-speed craft operator where he worked as Head of Fleet Operations and Deputy DPA. In addition to his maritime qualifications Robin has a BA (Hons) in Public Relations from Bournemouth University.
