Robin established and heads the ship finance practice in Piraeus. He specialises in non-contentious shipping and ship finance matters and acts for many of the largest international and Greek financiers and lenders.
He also advises shipowners and managers in relation to their financing arrangements, as well as sale and purchase, newbuilding and charterparty matters and contracts.
His practice includes advising on straightforward “vanilla” financing, syndicated and club deals and pre-and post-delivery financing. He advises in relation to vessel sale and purchase, newbuilding contracts, negotiating terms and dealing with disputes.
