Sami's practice extends to all fields of transactional financing work. He has specialist expertise in general trade finance, exchange traded and OTC derivatives, ISDA contracts, factoring and forfaiting, and structured finance.
Sami regularly assists both lenders and borrowers in all aspects of ship finance, including not only multi-jurisdictional loan agreements but also finance leases of maritime assets.
