Stephen's practice has now broadened to allow him to deploy more wide-ranging corporate and commercial legal skills.
Stephen provides general corporate, commercial and contract advice to UK and international businesses – from ship management companies to those involved in the airline industry. This includes M&As as well as joint ventures and shareholder agreements.
Stephen also advises on employment legislation and drafts employment contracts, service and consultancy agreements.
