Our aviation experts have over 40 years of experience in the airline and banking industries and have been involved in over 170 aircraft transactions with an estimated transaction value approaching US$30 billion.
Our airline non-contentious practice is growing as illustrated by our relationships with several Asian, Middle Eastern and European airlines. We are the leading international law firm advising airlines on the purchase of very large aircraft. No other law firm has the experience of working on as many purchases of Airbus A380 aircraft (now over 100) and both engine types. We also focus on the business jet market, where we again act for clients in Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
We have been increasingly asked to handle structured aviation finance work, which is a growing part of our business both in London and globally. This type of work is typically handled by the integrated Ince global team, spanning our London, Paris and Dubai offices.
We have broad experience of dealing with the major suppliers and manufacturers in the aviation business. On the aircraft leasing side we act for the major global operating lessors.
