ADR provides a variety of methods for resolving disputes which can lead to their practical and cost efficient resolution when negotiation fails.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provides a number of methods for resolving disputes practically and, in many cases, time and cost effectively. The different forms of ADR on which Ince advises include dialogue, structured negotiation and mediation.

At Ince we explore the core issues between the parties and the most appropriate method of resolution. Globally we have over 80 partners and 150 assistants trained to advise clients in all forms of ADR and dispute resolution is at the heart of the firm

Ince partners were at the forefront of the establishment of ADR in the UK. We are a founding member of The Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), ADR Net and the Maritime Solicitors Mediation Services (MSMS), which focuses on disputes within the shipping and marine industries.
