Ince & Co has along history of advising on aviation claims, including the noteworthy Kegworth Air Disaster in 1989, the 2002 Bristow Helicopters Sikorsky S-76A crash and the ADC Airlines 737-200 crash in Nigeria in October 2006. We advise clients on:

We advise space insurers and reinsurers on issues and claims arising out of launch, in-orbit and other risks. We have particular expertise in the field of satellite insurance.
