“With energy work, I particularly enjoy the extensive opportunities for travel, interesting clients and getting to grips with the many technical aspects of cases in order to understand the client's business and commercial goals.
I am aiming to build on the energy work I have been involved in as a trainee. Recently, I worked on a large case concerning technical welding issues which arose during the construction of oil and gas facilities in Kazakhstan.
It’s precisely why I joined Ince, to have that kind of involvement. I have more responsibility than many of my contemporaries at larger firms. Here, you are given as much responsibility as partners feel you can handle, along with the guidance you need to develop.
I joined Ince because I wanted to train at a medium-sized commercial litigation firm which is a market leader in its specialist areas - and Ince fits that bill perfectly. The size is ideal; large enough to attract high quality work, but small enough to get to know everyone.”
