"I was seconded to the Singapore office near the end of my training contract. As in the London office, trainees are an integral part of the Ince team. They work closely with partners and get involved in every aspect of running cases. Trainees are encouraged to gain experience in all of the firm's core practice areas.
As one might expect, much of our work is region-based and has an international flavour. Our Singapore team travels extensively in South-East Asia and beyond.”

“Ince & Co Singapore’s collegiate atmosphere adds a touch of calm to what could otherwise be a pressure-cooker environment. As trainees, we work closely with the partners who value your views regardless of your seniority which, in my opinion, is conducive for one’s development as a lawyer.”
