What we are looking for
You’ll need to be ambitious and hard-working. Obviously, you should have an aptitude for the law, a strong interest in the areas we practise and be confident in your abilities. We expect tenacity, initiative and integrity, and you’ll need to be a good communicator.
We look for trainees who relish responsibility and thrive on a challenge, who can work happily in a junior role in a team of eight, or work closely with a partner in a team of two.
You’ll need to be able to motivate yourself and be proactive in developing your caseload. If you can demonstrate these qualities, the opportunities at Ince & Co are immense.
